Homestead Miami RC Speedway is the location for the 2010 GT World Championships.
The 1st "GT-Only" racing event of it's kind ever held in North America and is open to GT racers from around the world.
It is an exciting opportunity to make R/C racing history and have a great time in Florida too.
The GT World Championships event dates are March 19-20-21 2010
The event will be broadcast on "Live R/C" and "R/C" Car magazine will be covering all the race action
with prized photographer "Mike Myers" behind the lense.
This is the "GT Only" racing event you've been waiting for!
GT cars racing in the event are divided into 2 classifications: GT1 & GT2.

Each GT class will run independently from each other during the event.
Registered participants may race in both the “GT1 & GT2” classes with dual entries.
Covered pit area, table, chairs and electricity are available to all racers if needed, at no extra cost.
GT World Championships Racer entry fees are as follows:
“Single Class” entry $60
“Second Class” entry $30
Racer entry is limited to a total of 100 pre-registered entries.
This entry limit will provide maximum track time and racing fun for all.

The GT Championship Race Venue
The R/C track is part of the "Homestead Miami Motor Speedway" racing facility in South Florida. The general climate and “vibe” at Homestead is all about speed, sun and fun. March in Florida offers crisp early morning temperatures in the low 70 degree range and sunny afternoons in the hi-70s to low 80 degrees. Great racing weather!
The track’s layout is big, fast and technical. It is always “well groomed & freshly painted” and the “covered pit” areas adjacent to clean restroom facilities all help to make it a great R/C racing venue.
Homestead Miami RC Speedway is conveniently located a few minutes south from Miami International Airport.
It is just north of the Florida Keys, close to Miami's famous "South Beach" and are easily accessible
via the Florida Turnpike.
The City of Homestead will be a sleepy little town during our event, but it has the lodging, restaurants and ability to accommodate huge spectator crowds that annually invade the area for Homestead’s NASCAR events.
